- Customers may ask for assistance any time before and after placing an order by contacting us at customerservice@teatroverde.com
PHONE ORDERS
- Please feel free to contact our sales staff at 1-888-4-TEATRO if you wish to order by phone. You will be required to fill out, sign and fax a payment authorization form to complete the order for processing.
RETURNS
- Teatro Verde has a no-exchange, no-refund policy. This ensures that Teatro Verde product is new and has not previously been purchased or used.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
- Teatro Verde uses Canada Post, and fresh floral local delivery within a 50 km radius.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
- Any item/package that is oversized or of a larger weight, you will be contacted and advised.

- We are proud to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION
