Refund policy

 

Due to the fact we sell cosmetics and floral items, we have a no refunds, no exchanges policy for health reasons. This ensures that Teatro Verde products are new and has not previously been purchased or used. In accordance with this policy, all merchandise at Teatro Verde is new and has not been previously purchased. 

We carry fresh flowers, sealed books, toiletries, etc. We have a no exchange/no refund policy which ensures that you receive a new item.
